I’m a busy mom. Like really busy. Most of the time, you can find me in my van taking kiddos to and from activities. The problem is, I can’t clone myself. There are many days I have to throw the Major into the mix so our kids make it to their events. We are like 2 ships passing in the night sometimes during the busy days. In an effort to make sure every kid gets to where they need to go, we started charting every night who was taking who where. Instead of wasting a piece of paper every night, I came up with this fun printable.
We placed the printable in a binder page slip cover, so we can use a dry erase marker. Since we do that we can simply wipe it off with a paper towel every night and start fresh!
Look at that list! It’s crazy, right?
And that was a good day.
We try really hard to eat dinner as a family, but as you can see, sometimes that is not physically possible. Some nights, I won’t even be home long enough to make dinner.
But I have growing boys. HUNGRY growing boys. I recently discovered Stouffer’s Fit Kitchen. These meals are so perfect for my growing boys. They offer at least 25 grams of protein in each meal, which leaves you feeling satisfied. That means my boys won’t be hungry an hour later! HA!.
They are so easy to prepare. The directions are on the back of the packaging.
I don’t have to worry about my kiddos using the stove or oven while I’m gone, since you just pop them in the microwave. Each meal will take less than 10 minutes to prepare.
This is our athletic son after a baseball game. He is enjoying the Steak Fajita meal. It features tender prime rib steak in smoked red chile sauce with a mix of red and green peppers and seasoned brown rice.
His brother, our Math-lete is enjoying the Cilantro Lime Chicken meal. It has white meat chicken with black bean and corn mix and seasoned brown rice with a verde tomatillo sauce.
We like to keep our freezer well stocked. Stouffer’s Fit Kitchen is available in six varieties:
- Steak Fajita
- Cilantro Lime Chicken
- Rotisserie Seasoned Turkey
- Bourbon Steak
- Oven Roasted Chicken
- Monterey Chicken
As you can tell, there’s a meal for everyone! The single servings mean my boys get to pick, and I don’t have to worry that someone is unhappy.
So if you are a busy person like me, feel free to download my free printable Daily activity and transportation guide.
While you are out and about, swing by Walmart and pick up some Stouffer’s Fit Kitchen meals! I grabbed mine in between football camp and swim lessons the other day. I popped in and found them in the freezer section with ready to make single meals.
Be sure to pop on over to Stouffer’s social media channels so you can see what they are creating and how your family can benefit from these delicious meals.

Thanks for including this printable chart. It's a great way to stay organized, especially on those busy days where everyone seems to be going somewhere else. It can get so hectic! #client

Nice planning! I'm seriously surprised at how much kids can put away. My little is only three and skinny as a rail, but his appetite is crazy. The next time anyone asks why toddlers have so much energy, I'll remind them of how much they eat!
