Rosemary and Cranberry
Cranberry Crush week continues! Today’s recipe is the perfect drink for a holiday party. It would be super easy to serve as a mocktail, in case your not cocktail inclined. I was inspired by another twist on a Moscow mule that a local restaurant offers. I wanted to incorporate some of the same ideas, but with a holiday twist! This rosemary and cranberry Moscow mule will make you look like an expert bartender. The slight taste of rosemary edges through the ginger that pairs perfectly with cranberry. I’m sure you’ll approve!
Start by placing the cranberry juice, cherry grenadine, vodka (if inclined) and a sprig of rosemary in a martini shaker. Top with ice. Shake-ah-shake-ah. I like to shake until a visible frost forms on the shaker, so about 30 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a Moscow Mule Mug garnished with a rosemary sprig.
Slowly Pour in the ginger beer…….
Top with some cranberries and ENJOY!
