So my friend was selling her house last year, and I helped her stage the house. That included doing basic work like cleaning and painting. The one place we were really having an issue with was the grout on her kitchen floors. Here's a picture of the before:
Having boys and dogs and living life had not been friendly to the grout. We tried cleaning it with all kinds of cleaners and the stained grout wasn't budging. Her husband came across this product while shopping at Lowes.
You can also find it on amazon.
The bottle says to apply with a toothbrush, but we used our fingers (covered with a plastic glove of course!). We liked doing it this way because it was a bit easier to control.
If any got on the tile, we simply wiped it off with a damp paper towel. We were in awe after the completed project. The realtor was as well! It took less than 2 hours, and the end result was definitely worth it.
Here are some after pics, What do you think?
Crazy isn't it? I just love the shot of the before and after!
