- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon all spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
To make hot cocoa:
In a mug, add 12 oz milk and 2-3 tablespoon’s of the mix. Stir. It will be clumpy.
Microwave for 1 minute, stir (the mix will melt in this time), and microwave for 1 minute more. Heat additionally if you desire it warmer.
To make in a larger quantity, keep the above portions and cook on a stovetop in a medium saucepan.
