HOW TO GRILL TURKEY TENDERLOINS

🦃

Grilled turkery tenderloins take a fraction of the time of a whole turkey. Incredibly tender they melt in your mouth! Marinate for as little as 30 minutes. The chile spice rub takes them over the top!

For the Chile rub: – 1 TBS smoked paprika – 1 TBS chili powder – 1.5 tsp Salt – 2 tsp Sugar – 2 tsp Onion powder – 1 tsp Garlic powder – ½ tsp Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp  pepper – 1 tsp Oregano, dried

Ingredients

White Scribbled Underline

An optional but flavor adding step. Using beer helps break down the fibers in the tenderloins while adding flavor. Thirty minutes up to 24 hours recommended.

Marinade

Oil helps the homemade rub to stick.

Brush with oil

Simply sprinkle it on and then rub it in.

Rub it on

ALL RUBBED AND READY TO GRILL

PRO TIP!!!!

Place the tenderloins onto a piece of aluminum foil and not directly onto the grates!

The turkey takes about 7-10 minutes on each side and is done when it reaches 165-170 degrees
