celery, garlic, onion, and carrots

thyme, oregano, and spices

lentils or canned beans

Saute the onion, carrots, celery in some olive oil until soft.

Add in the garlic, canned tomatoes, and roasted peppers. 

Step 3

Add lentils, tomato paste, broth and seasonings.
